**Role**:

- To co-ordinate with Plant and Customer Focus executive for analysis of customer complaints as well as finalization of product dispatch under various categories (Fibre / Salt / Acid)
- To ensure the product COA & compliance documents of non-woven product to various international regulations pertaining to FDA & Cosmetic and other requirements of Customers
- To trouble shoot issues faced by spinners (customers) when using Thai Rayon Fibre and ensure highest quality of standards in all aspects of customer service

**Responsibilities**:

- Trouble Shoot Customer Issues
- Identify root cause of quality problems and monitor implementation of corrective actions and formulate schemes for plant scale implementation
- Analyze customer complaints & identify root cause to avoid re-occurrence of similar complaints.
- Quality Control:

- Ensure conformance of product quality to specifications and suggest corrective / preventive measures & co-ordinate for implementation on plant scale
- To conduct quality audits and ensure that the findings are implemented at the plant.
- Process & Quality improvement
- Set benchmark of process & product quality targets for improvement.
- Study day to day quality issues and formulate schemes in consultation with Process departments, to achieve desired quality.
- Ensure effectiveness of corrective actions taken
- Co-ordinate for plant scale quality improvement trials. Prepare & submit trial reports.
- Study literature / journals, visit other mills, discuss with research institutes & capture improvement opportunities.

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Textile Engineering Graduate or Textile chemistry.
- Experience: 0-4 Years (Textile / Spinning industry preferred)

- Fluent in English and Thai written and verbal communication
- Root Cause analysis
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer Savvy
