This role is to lead the company’s activities within the geography in order to achieve the agreed objectives of Volume, Revenue, Market Share performance and other relevant KPI’s. Represent Mondelēz International in communication with In-Country Internal and External Stakeholders. Continue to develop and build the In-Country Mondelēz International Community, Culture, Values and Reputation for the geography while coordinating the working relationship between Sales Co and other Mondelēz international affiliates.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
- LOVE OUR CUSTOMERS AND BRANDS - Achieve defined Volume/Revenue/Share targets and implement business strategy in order to achieve targets of Volume Revenues, Profit, Penetration, and Share performance. Follow up on results and recommend corrective actions if needed. Volume: Maximize volume growth in line with pricing needs; leverage additional ‘white-space’ opportunities. NR: Deliver growth across both Confectionery and Bakery categories. Share growth: Ensure Sales & Category plans are aligned to deliver share growth in all categories. Strategic: Lay out growth plan for implementing commercial strategy to drive sustainable accelerated growth
- DO WHAT'S RIGHT - Customers: Land Annual Negotiations balancing investments vs. disruption, securing absolute growth/strengthening customer relationship by identifying specific channels for growth. In-store: Lead and accelerate the Traditional Trade and Route to Market Transformation of Mondelēz in Thailand, unlocking new customer white spaces, driving share growth, and penetration. Right-first-time: Drive improvement in key business operational requirements with particular focus on Sales Forecasting, Pricing, and Ledger. Provide Market and Trade perspective, contributing to define and adapt Long and Short Team Business Strategy to local needs. Represent Mondelēz International in communications with Internal and External Stakeholders, including industry associations. in line with Mondelēz International regional guidelines execute Pricing/Trade Investment Strategy and develop and implement Sales initiatives and strategy in order to maximize Revenue, Volume and Share growth
- GROW EVERY DAY - Help create the future management model for Mondelēz Thailand and support the transition of the organization. Recruit, select and ensure development and high performance standards of Country’s Leadership Team. Leading and preparing for a future-fit organization. Lead, motivate, control and develop staff of the Sales Company, while optimizing organizational structure and costs.

- Broad management experience in leading national/international FMCG or CPG Company / Teams
- In depth knowledge of all relevant national and international Sales aspects, tools and processes and business collaboration

- Appropriate Seniority / Experience in Sales & Marketing FMCG/CPG Companies depending on size and complexity of the Country/ Business
