**Responsibilities:Job Description**
- Collaborate with principals to execution of business strategy and to ensure alignment and integration of sales & marketing strategies on business functions
- Develop and recommend brand plan to principals and management DCH Auriga. Together with HBU OTC, sales targets and take full accountability for the operations and achieve sales objectives
- Provide selling strategy, track and report to responsible principals and management DCH Auriga.
- Provide Leadership in People Management and Business Processes: Inspires the team to reach for stretch goals and continuously improve performance and operations.
- Work with relevant function to manage supply chain and provide forecasting accuracy
- Collaborate with principals marketing to train product knowledge
- Regularly meet with principals team to get their feedback, requirement and share experiences
- Other tasks as assigned by direct superior
