About you:

- You must complete an Australian Skills Assessment to be eligible for this role
- Proven experience with strong knowledge of all facets of food production and superior food and culinary skills
- Strong enthusiasm, passion and creativity
- Enjoy working to high standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to supervise and support the team in kitchen operations.
- Have a “can do attitude.”
- Have clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working as a Head Chef.
- Culinary qualification desirable
