You will be part of AEL NPI team under Asia Supply Chain organization. Your responsibility is to successfully coordinate new products & projects in Asia Export Labs.

Your day in the AEL Supply Chain team

To coordinate and support new products introduction process in Export Laboratories (Thailand/India/China) with operational teams: Supply Chain, Logistic, Quality, Engineering, IT, Finance etc.

To lead all new product setup activity with support team and propose the best planning to requester.
Tracking progress and quality of work before distribute to requester.
Ensure requester’ needs are met in a timely and effective.
Keep the requester and others concern informed about status and issues that may impact.

To be part of key projects of business and support on setup activity.
To be the contact point and support operational team for day to day relate with setup, IT and technical issue.
To support implementation of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) related to setup part.
To be Asia Rx Catalog administrator by updating information on the website with the latest update information.
Communicate ideas for improving current processes with positive attitude.

Must have

Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering or any related field.

Experience in new product introduction process in a multinational company is preferable

Strong on analytical skills, problem solving and decision-making.

Strong on project management skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once.

Able to work under pressure.

Proficient with MS office program (especially MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc.)

Good written and spoken in English.

Excellent in presentation.
