**Your day as an IT Supervisor**

This position is responsible for ensuring that software and hardware are used and handled properly in EOLT. The goal is to ensure the smooth operation of the IT system and accurate results.

■ Ensure software and hardware have been used and handled properly in EOLT.

■ Ensure smooth operation of IT system and accurate results.

■ Ensure normal functioning of network connection including WAN link, LAN and any Network Equipment.

■ Administer and monitor LAN/WAN.

■ Follow up new system updated.

■ Prepare the procurement services under IT needs.

■ Ensure security and other IT policy and training have been provided to users.

■ Administer and monitor CCTV, Telephone and Access door system

■ Monthly synthesis report to the IT Section Manager

■ Control and update IT Assets Management.

■ Supervise technicians and hands-on IS system troubleshooting.

■ Ensure backup IT equipment for production is ready for replacement

**What do we ask from you?**:

- Required Qualifications_

■ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.

■ Minimum 5 years experience in IT/MIS functions.

■ Good in English, able to communicate effectively both written and spoken.

■ Proficient in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP

■ Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills

■ Understanding existing and emerging technologies

■ Network and Computer Systems Administrators Skills
- Preferable qualifications_

■ Overseas working experience and/or working experience in a Western company is preferable.

■ Gained TOEIC score above 550 or a similar English proficiency test result is preferable.

■ Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
