Supports our core activity and ensures the smooth running of facilities. Includes all facilities management activities such as reception, buildings maintenance, energy saving, fleet management.

**Job Description**:
Office Administrative:

- Perform general office activities, such as filing, photocopying, and sorting & distributing mail.
- Maintain office cleanliness.
- Managing office and stores purchases for stationery, pantry food, cleaning and sundry supplies, name tags/name cards, service props, uniforms, and any other office necessities.
- Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to purchasing materials, supplies, products, or services.
- Translate documents from Thai to English language or vice-versa when needed.
- Provide or oversee centralized operations and procedures of services for the business.
- Create and maintain effective internal controls for equipment inventory both office & retail store.
- Maintain and safeguard business records.
- Manage the organization’s office and storage space. Perform as liaison with various

vendors, providing maintenance, security, and other occupancy services.
- Liaise/ coordinate with Insurance company, health check-up (yearly).
- Assist in getting system accesses, equipment, or tools needed for new hires.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events/annual dinner/team bonding activities.
- Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. IT, accounting firm, and

human resources, Revenue department, Custom department, Forwarder
- Handle vendor invoices and employee expense claim forms and transmit to

Accounting Department.
- Raise Purchase orders and follow up on payment arrangements with Finance and suppliers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Stores
- Coordinate store cleaning services, Part timer, store maintenance with external agencies.
- Maintain a good filing system for all correspondence, invoices, contracts.
