**Responsibilities**
- Being able to multi-task and do meticulous work.
- Having strong computer literacy, with database familiarity.
- Having problem-solving and negotiating skills.
- Having a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and devising ways to streamline processes.
- Assisting in monitoring the inventory of office supplies and attention to budgetary constraints.
- Assisting to monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Handling other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a purchasing & admin role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Well organized with a can-do attitude.
- Good analytical thinking.
- Ability to make good decisions and think strategically.
