- **Build relationships with distributors and leaders that encourage and motivate them to grow their business.**:

- **Manage the Sales team and team members.**:

- **Monitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievement.**:

- **Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop promotions and communication pieces designed to enhance sales and enrolment growth.**:

- **Structure and manage an effective leadership recognition program.**:

- **Host regular conference calls and manage sales related communication to leaders and distributors.**:

- **Prepare and manage an effective training program to provide ample information on product use and business development. Prepare and give regular stage presentations.**:

- **Travel to various parts of the country to meet with leaders as well as distributors and provide trainings.**:

- **Work with the management team to prepare an annual sales and events budget.**:

- **Work as a team with sales staff in other offices around SE Asia to help the growth of all markets.**:

- **Perform other related duties as assigned.**
