Planned and currently prepared to be listed in Thailand Stock exchange in 2025, 1-TO-ALL is seeking an outstanding managerial and yet hands-on product management role to lead our Telecom & UCC Product team to hit the target assigned in terms of Market's share and GP.

Having secured a telecommunication NBTC Type 3 license, 1-TO-ALL is seeking to be recognized as one of the leading modern telecom operators in Thailand among enterprises.

**Job description**

To lead and provide guidance to our Telecom & UCC department towards our goal of being No 1 in unified communication space for Thailand's market by evaluating and developing creative marketing & product strategies for market's penetration and expansion especially with ZOOM phone and ZOOM contact center.

You will be working closely with our internal teams (products, marketing, Partners, Sales) and external teams (vendors and reseller). You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share. Finally, you will be in charge of organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

To be considered for this position, you will need a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications or similar. You will also need to have proven experience in running a product team. High competency in project and stakeholder management is a huge advantage.

**Marketing Director Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the department.
- Evaluating and developing product strategy and marketing plan to be aligned with company's goals.
- Researching demand for our products and services.
- Competitor research.
- Working with sales department (direct and channel) to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
- Identifying potential customers.
- Developing promotions with marketing department
- Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Compiling lists describing our offerings.
- Building brand awareness and positioning.
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

**Marketing Director Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience in product and running a product team.
- Proven product management experience.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage budgets.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent présentation and sales skill.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
- At least 5 years experience in related field with 2 years experience in managerial function.
- Knowledge in IT or network industries or system integration is required.
- Must have managerial experience in SME and Large enterprise Business sizing.
- English Competency is mandatory for both speaking and writing.
