Telecom Sales Manager

In addition, retail solutions, display monitor solutions, systems integration, and network operation in logistics are also provided.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing sales activities (sales cycle) for key telecom accounts and some of the local System Integrators relate to Public Safety.
- Sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; solving any pain points; anticipating new business opportunities.
- Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; adapting strategy to changing conditions and forecasting projected business.
- Collaborating with solutions or relevant teams to bring suitable solutions to our customers promptly.
- Initiating and coordinating the development of action plans to penetrate new business areas.
- Creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Assisting and guiding Account Executives in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Mapping potential customers and generating leads for the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Must have a minimum of 6 years previous direct sales and/or business development experience, preferably with Service Providers/ Telecom or Public Safety, or integrated system solutions. Should have an understanding and experience with consultative sales techniques.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical procedures in both Thai/English. Ability to write reports and business correspondence in both Thai/English.
- Ability to speak Thai/English clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings.
- Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts success of team above own interests; supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Displays orientation to profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; aligns work with strategic goals.
- Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness; generates suggestions for improving work; Develops innovative approaches and ideas.
