**Senior Business Development/Sales (mainly having experience in tourism or hotel field)**
**Who We Are**
We are looking for an independent, motivated and experienced individual to work with us on the team.
**What will you do**:
- Establish and execute growth strategies for partnership business in Area of Responsibility.
- New partner acquisition to increase the hotel cooperation and brand exposure
- Account management increase sales achievement through close relationships with partners, on-going operational support and bridge between partner and our regional technical support team
- Day-to-day management of existing partners (performance, reporting, promotions, solutions)
- Develop annual account plans for and build long term relationships with key accounts.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Proven business development and/or sales track record
- 3+ years of work experience in business development / account field
- Good understanding of the Internet & Travel trends
- Experience in interacting with external senior level executives
- Business analysis skills including managing data analysis tools
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated person with Get it done attitude
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Able to work independently but also to be good at teamwork
- Age not over 40
- Able to speak Mandarin is a plus
Note: Base salary starts from 75k-90k plus commission depends on performance
Location office: asoke area
Pay: ฿75,000.00 - ฿85,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
