**Why we need you**:
We're looking for an enthusiastic business development manager to help drive sales and expand the company. You will attract new clients and build strong relationships with them while keeping existing ones. Market research, business strategy, pitch development, project management, and identifying new business opportunities will also be responsibilities. You'll work with a variety of departments and report to the Director of Business Development.
**What you will be doing**:
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential new business opportunities and areas for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and work with them to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and project management, to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other materials to effectively communicate the value of the company's offerings to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's business objectives and values
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions
**You**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project management, preferably in consulting, professional services, digital business platforms, or software development for enterprise
- Strong understanding of the digital business, project development or technology services industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing a client base
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address business challenges and opportunities
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Approachable and sociable personality
