Our client is an Energy/Power Utility for a Property Development Project.
- Reviewing and updating the feasibility models, and project cash flow for Power & District Cooling System (DCS) projects to forecast and update Internal Rate of Return (PIRR) for internal use / external reference.
- Forecasting and reviewing financial statements for Power & DCS projects, which is vital for the business's operations.
- Supporting the Managing Director in overseeing the commercial aspects of the Power & DCS businesses, including finance & accounting, treasury, tax matters, and customer relationship management.
- Assisting in communicating with the customers on commercial matters.
- Assisting in communicating with banks and/or shareholders for project finance by providing relevant financial information.
- Preparing presentation materials for monthly meetings with senior management and the Board of Directors to secure key direction and approvals.
- Preparing financial reports for development budget approvals of the company, which is critical for budget control.
- Preparing presentation materials for external parties (potential investors and banks) as required.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering with a business administration background or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in investment, planning, and operations for the energy sector or related sectors.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Financial modeling) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic accounting skills (required for the creation of P&L and balance sheet forecasts).
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Communication & presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of engineering and corporate laws (preferable).
- Research (data sourcing, analytics, and presentation).
