- Thai National, Male or female
- Able to work well under pressure with positive attitude and good service mind
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer or higher in any field prefer electronic or mechanical
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in international company in Customer Service, marketing and communications, public relations, or creating brand image.
- Engineer, Field Service, Service Network Management, business administration or other relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Good English language skills
- Excellent computer skills in MS office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Outlooks
- Reliable and able to work under pressure with an open minded and positive attitude Work well with deadlines
- Energetic personality, service mind, and able to work independently
- Able to provide a high level of customer service through excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
- Enjoys learning new things in the field of digital marketing or online marketing technology
