The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for the functions below.
Responsible for the management of international sales accounts for Thailand and the development of new customers in Southeast Asia.
- Being responsible for accurate monthly forecast planning, order processing, invoicing, and completion of export paperwork.
- Handling account management of export customers in Southeast Asia and providing good support to customer service.
- Ensuring the sales process runs smoothly from beginning to end with accurate administration, completion of invoices, and export documentation.
- Liaising with the production and planning department to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, successfully meeting customer requirements, and any production issues or delays are managed and communicated accordingly to the HQ and with the customers.
- Communicating with transport companies to manage the smooth cost-effective delivery of goods to customers via both road and sea freight.
- Presenting monthly sales figures and quarterly forecasts to MD and sales manager.
**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field with over 8 years of experience in key account management and new account hunting is a plus.
- Good knowledge and experience in plastic parts including FMCG packaging, automotive or consumer goods (B2B sales, selling manufacturing products is a must).
- Good knowledge/experience of managing exporting goods in Asia region.
- Details-oriented, result-driven, self-management, and a good team player.
- Good communication skills in English and able to work 5 days at the Chonburi plant.
