**Purpose of the position
- Develop new business opportunities for warehousing services through strategic sales initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored warehousing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with the warehouse operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.
**Key Tasks**
- To generate sales target in landing new business by attending joint sales visits & review RFP/RFQ/RFI/Tenders.
- To collaborate with key account managers to identify new business and grow relationships and revenue generation.
- To develop co-created solutions with customers to enhance offering and competitiveness.
- To drive customer attraction and retention strategy to improve on customer loyalty.
- To collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds to identify problems and find solutions.
- To verify of completed and correct of rate offering and conditions including RFQ, SOP, AQP submission.
- To prepare, lead and assist project implementation for new customers and contracts. Project determinant, Guideline, Planning, Implementation and Project Management.
- To monitor and Review sales performance metrics to enhance sales outcomes.
- To prepare detailed resource /cost models, written documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
- To prepare and share marketing / product related materials with steak holder internal organization.
- To review and update quotation with the current or market price to the customer.
- To lead and develop a business development team.
- To support continuous learning and development of team members.
- To perform other duties as assigned by MD.
**Quality, Health, Safety & Environment**
- Perform assigned tasks to support DSV meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety, and environment follow all requirements as set out in the QHSE policy.
- It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that their day-to-day activities embrace sustainability/Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.

- Basic knowledge and understanding Cargo Wise One System (CW1)
- Basic knowledge and understanding SAP
- Analysis thinking and positive thinking
- Knowledge of warehousing activity
- Knowledge of Contract rate & Condition

**Educational background / Work experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields
- Minimum 10-15 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales Executive, Contract Logistics or related
**Language skills**
- Good command of written and spoken English and Thai
**Computer Literacy**
- Computer Literacy MS Office skills.
