- Perform traditional, sequential servicing on brand calibers while effectively meeting schedules and targets and minimizing quality control returns.
- Rebuild and adjust watch calibers to manufacturer specifications and tolerance.
- Continuous development with a willingness to improve through constructive communication and training.
- Perform the traditional / sequential process of service support, disassembly, assembly, and re-casing.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management team.
**Qualifications**:
- More than 17 years of Customer Service - Quality Control and Final Out experience in the watch industries
- It would be ideal if you have prior experience in a role that required good dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Experienced in following strict work standards and operational guidelines.
- Understanding safety procedures and guidelines.
