**Position Description**:
This position is responsible to execute CP Strategy and work alignment with local CDs and Local CP Account Teams for the specific Strategic Account (Charoen Pokphand Group) environment, ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability growth. Collaboration with SAM CP Director and Corporate Sector in EAH of Thailand. Leads, manages and develops the overall performance of team, collaborating with local management to deliver sales and profits within agreed budgets and providing effective leadership and delegation of accountabilities across businesses, functional groups, and support teams in all CP official operational countries (esp. the direct responsible territory; Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Taiwan, Russia, Turkey, and Poland (new).

**Functions, Duties, Tasks**:

- To prepare and review CP strategy alignment with local CDs and local CP account teams.
- To devise long-term strategy for the Business Units Product Portfolio and fit of organization with market/customer requirements.
- To be responsible connect to CP top Thai management across CP countries.
- To keep continue focus on CP Thailand HQ that include Feed Technology, Swine-Poultry Health Service (Vet Technical Service), Purchaser, and business related support functions.
- To build up connection with local Thai Feed Formulator and Technical Service team at the countries level.
- To be accountable of full CP business results through local sales teams.
- To cooperate Market Access Project/Activity (One Health for HQ and CP Key Countries).
- To create SAM/EKS Projects and follow up for the existing projects.
- Frequency and Reach direct and join visit with the local team of the responsible areas.
- Compliance with company rules and regulations including Ethics & Compliance and external laws and regulations

**Minimum Qualification**:

- ** Degree in Veterinary or Animal Husbandry from reputable university**
- ** Minimum 5-7 years of technical or sales experience in Animal Health Business.**
- Demonstrates leadership skills.
- Experience in key account management.
- Ability to work in under pressure environment.
- Analytical skill and ability to utilize current data.
- Can work with different geographic.
- Self confidence.

Skills and Knowledge
- Strong communication skills in Thai and good English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information/situations and able to network effectively across groups and levels.
- Effective leadership skills to manage several projects at one time and ensure the team meet deadlines including regional projects/ initiatives.
- Demonstrates the ability to coach and influence senior leaders.
- Ability to work under pressure and compliance with strict deadlines.
- Ability to priorities or work with conflicting priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.
