**Overall, Role & Responsibilities**:
A Project Management position is accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the hotel renovation lifecycle and hotel maintenance. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving a company's goals and achieving their vision.

To supervise on oversea hotel in US, Australia, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and China. To work as working group with asset manager team, other related department and consulting for renovation, budget controlling, timeline management. To able to travel for work and work in different time zone. Office based in Bangkok

**1. Responsibilities for Project Management**
- Determine and define project scope and objectives according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvements in cost and time saving
- To work as owner representative to communicate ownership expectations to all consulting

**2. Responsibility for Hotel/Property Maintenance**
- Communicating the goals of the owner to all engineers and professionals in the hotels
- Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each hotel.
- Review CAPEX expenditure, designs and budgets related to engineering department
- Supervise delegating tasks to engineering teams and staff training as well as equipment installation.
- Audit and quality control checks on all systems and products.
- Quickly resolving disputes between hotel and operator relate to property management
- Analyzing data and drafting reports for review
