- Responsibilities:

- Manage overall project management (on-site) including customer relationship, problem and incident management, subcontractor management and project quality assurance
- Point of escalation and resolution for customer issues and problems
- Provide full support for administrative functions and documentation for assigned Project including manage and maintain reports, technical, and project documentation on a timely and consistent manner
- Monitor and control of project Service Level Agreements
- Works collaboratively with customer, team, sale department and engineer teams to ensure that the functional process of service delivery is meeting the customer's expectations and facilitation of issue resolution
- Maintains and administers appropriate communications to all internal and external parties on a regular and/or "as needed" basis
- Other functions required as necessary

คุณสมบัติ
- **Thai nationality only.**:

- Male/Female Age between 29-41 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Computer, Computer Engineering or other related fields.**:

- **Minimum 3years’ **experience **in Project Manager: In Software Implementation Project (Finance Software is an advantage).**:

- Have a knowledge of project management
- Have knowledge** **in Application Banking (IFRS9, Core Banking, Accounting, Risk Management and etc.) is preferable**:

- Ability to prioritize workload, result oriented and detail oriented
- Have a leadership skill
- Active and good human relation
- Be an optimistic person
- Able to work under pressure, work individually, and good trouble solving
- Good negotiation skill
- **Good command of spoken, read, and written English**
