PRTR is working with a leader in the insurance industry to find a PMO who is motivated, ambitious, and creative to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management - executing and consolidating the projects, developing projects' status reports, and conducting status updates, including issue logs and risk logs.
- Ensuring all projects are completed within the timeline, budget, and expectations.
- Perform Change Request Management - tracking and follow up for progress, and conduct status updates.
- Perform Defect and Problem Management - managing all production defects and problem issues, tracking, and follow-up for progress, and conducting a status update.
- Manage the team - arranging and conducting weekly team updates, tracking team activity logs, and conducting the review of the resource capacity plan.
- Planning and confirming the change deployment & release, acting as change requester for change items, and preparing the document sets.
- Delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement of underwriting, claims, finance, and operation processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of insurance industry experience is a must.
- Strong experience in project implementation and project management.
- Must be proactive and assume ownership of projects.
- Detail-orientated, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Effective communication in English.
- Good command of computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to work with business (users, C-Levels) and technical teams to ensure the projects run smoothly and meet expectations.
