**About the position**:
**Principle Accountabilities**:
**MNP Project manager (70%)** : _Represent the project management of dtac to participate with the working team of MNP & Clearing House (all operators and NBTC)_

**Coordination with Clearing House**
- Represent dtac/dtn for the regular contacts with Clearing House on technical issues
- Review technical specification of the MNP platform for the system enhancement or new porting process implementation.
- Provide technical advice for the contract review with Vendor on behalf of dtac/dtn.
- Propose solutions to implement system operation smoothly, such as program design or operation work process etc.
- Coordinate with Clearing House on user authorization and technical work process of porting operation.
- Support CLH-Board on number porting situation, project status and issues etc.
- Review the process of number return with effectiveness.

**Coordination with operators**
- Represent dtac/dtn for the regular contacts on technical issues with other operators
- Coordinate and negotiate about problem solving solution, error record, porting problem and find solution workaround in short term and long term.
- Participate and implement MNP related solutions and projects and ensure the solutions to comply with NBTC porting process and workable fairly for all related parties.
- Discuss and manage other PMs of other operators about work process and technical issue to ensure the company benefit and more efficient porting process.
- Monitor and enhance porting process among operators, such as porting termination criteria, porting availability and capability.

**Coordination with NBTC**
- Represent dtac/dtn for the contacts with NBTC on the MNP regulation related to the technical and operation issues.
- Support NBTC Working Team on the implementation of MNP new porting process.
- Propose and feedback on concerns and possible solutions to NBTC after aligning with internal and other operators.

**Coordination with dtac internal**
- Share, discuss and find the best solution based on regulator requirement to implement MNP project.
- Finalize requirement about E2E MNP porting from external parties in order to implement project successfully with practical and in compliance with regulation.
- Design, develop, implement, monitor and facilitate internal problem solving process for easy and efficient porting in competing with the competitors.

**PMO (30%)**
- Manage the overall of the assigned channel to be able to achieve the company's goals with efficiency (Inflow Revenue, GA, Quality)
- Be the project owner as project management to initiate, develop, manage and operate the project to stimulate inflow revenue under the assigned channel
- Examine sales performance and analyze weaknesses and strengths that arise in order to find ways to develop and improve to achieve goals (Inflow Revenue, GA, Quality, Outlets footprint, Pack Fee, etc.)
- Alignment with the Channel Head and the relevant department to ensure the action plan is effective to deliver the channel goals
- Enforce, control and ensure that internal/external operation process adhere to the operation policy
- Initiate and control the operations regarding the tactical sales campaign In order to boost sales and stimulate revenue under the assigned channel
- Be an intermediate in cooperating with relevant departments to take any action related to the assigned channel
- Control and operate the operation that requires an understanding of strategic, character and behavior for the assigned channel
- Enforce, coordinate between dtac & partner & Vendor to implement project services via dtac’s API integration perfectly as channels goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, IT & engineering or relevant field
- Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, MNP project management, Product development or similar role
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of MNP life cycle with internal & external parties (Clearing House, all operators and NBTC)
- Strong in communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-organized and dedicated team player, must be able to work under mínimal supervision
- Possess a strong attitude of quality and customer centricity
- Good in English and Thai (Read, Write and Speak)
