**Job Detail**:

- Customer Service Exports & Import (Sea export) (20K-40K) (SDG-90283)
- เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้าส่งออกและนำเข้า (ส่งออกทางทะเล)-
- Operate export shipping daily jobs (focus on sea export)
- Support customer requirements.
- Coordinate all necessary export documents
- Follow up on the shipments and advise status to customer
- Controlling and Analyse delivery problems with customers and vendors.
- Do the report both of Company & Customer by completed detail or as per customer requirement
- Work with the Sale and Sale co team.
- Thai nationality, Female, age 26 - 39 years old- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics or related field.
- Have 4 years experience in Logistics business focus on sea export
- Good knowledge of Export shipping (Booking, shipping documents)
- Conversational middle-high level of English (Have to contact with oversea clients and report with Japanese Manager)- Able to work immediately

- Workplace Area: BTS Sala Dang or MRT Lumpini
- Working Hour: 8:30-17:15(Monday-Friday (2 SAT/Month) SAT 3.30 hrs. **For now Covid situation: no SAT**)

- ควบคุมและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาการจัดส่งร่วมกับลูกค้าและผู้ขาย
- ทำรายงานทั้งของบริษัทและลูกค้าตามรายละเอียดที่ครบถ้วนหรือตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายและขายร่วม
- สัญชาติไทย, หญิง, อายุ 26 - 39 ปี- ปริญญาตรี สาขา International Business, Logistics หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 4 ปีในธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ที่เน้นการส่งออกทางเรือ
- มีความรู้ด้านการส่งออก (Booking, Shipping Documents) เป็นอย่างดี
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนากลาง-สูง (ต้องติดต่อกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศและรายงานกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น)- สามารถทำงานได้ทันที
