Time Type: Full Time
- Coordinate with customers and overseas partners to receive booking, pre alert, shipping documents and instructions and arrange transportation to meet customers' requirements
- Coordinate with sub-contractor and overseas partners in order to plan and arrange shipments from origin to destination to meet operation's requirement and cost management
- Plan truck usage, consolidation and clearance schedule to match with daily operation and utilize truck to maximize profit.
- Monitor shipment status and any problems during transportation in order to report to clients and Manager to find solutions in timely basis
- Record shipments data and summarize monthly volume, revenue, cost, profit and KPI
- Create daily plan for truck booking, customs clearance and daily shipment report.
- Establish and Maintain good relationship with customers, overseas partners and suppliers in order to gain new potential businesses
- Issue invoice to customers to collect advanced duty and service charges
- Issue Truck bill of lading for customers reference and customs related process
- Send customs entry and customs receipts to customers
