- andle the day-to-day activities of the Corporate Management Department; O
- rganize office operations and procedures for the company; O
- rganize and maintain digital employee records and company assets and update company policies; A
- ssist in the organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, hiring & onboarding process; M
- anage in HR Projects to implement priorities as planned; P
- lan & organize in-house or off-site employee-related activities, like staff meetings, parties, and celebrations; S
- upport in corporate meetings, training, and seminars; P
- rovide ad-hoc support to the team as and when required.

**econdary Roles & Responsivities: Assessment Management O**
- perate a day-to-day running of all online assessments carried out under Slingshot Group and ensure operational requirements of assessment bodies are met in relation to all assessments undertaken in Slingshot Group.
