Trade Coordinator

Our client is a global business engaged in the shipping and logistics sector and includes overland transportation, logistics, and a growing portfolio of port terminal investments.

**Position Summary**
- Being responsible for support functions to Global Account Team by assisting Global Account Team, Manager for managing customers’ shipment. Prepare and send weekly/monthly reports to HQ.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handing customers’ shipment with regular cargo tracking report to the HQ office.
- Handling the weekly follow-up booking with customers according to agreed commitment.
- Spacing management data preparation and submission to the trade team & HQ office.
- Collaborating among departments to solve customers’ issues.
- Handling the daily communication with the overseas office to cope with customer’s problem-solving.
- Escalating report to direct manager for finding solution immediately, in the case beyond control.

**Key Stakeholders & Interface**:

- External - Customers.
- Internal - Sales Team/Customer Service/Freight Team/Documentation/Operation & Logistics /Finance & Accounting.
- Internal - GVA and ARO Liner, MSC Overseas Offices.

**Key Experience & Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 Years Experience Those who have experienced daily contact with customers and find solutions for problem-solving, shall be more advantageous in consideration of years of experience in a service-related industry.

**Key Competencies & Skills**:

- Strong written & spoken English Skills.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Orientated.
- Team player.
- Have self-drive and passion to deal with people.
- Able to work independently.
