**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, implementing, and refining advanced digital campaigns throughout the entire process, from conceptualization to launch
- Collaborating across departments to ensure alignment of campaign strategies and objectives throughout the organization
- Continuously offering actionable insights on campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Defining, measuring, and assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid media
- Creating media purchases for diverse advertising platforms and supervising the day-to-day implementation of paid media
- Supervising and controlling the overall budget allocated to paid media
- Conducting thorough research on keywords and websites, organizing ads, and targeting specific audiences
- Staying informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies

**Experience requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in online business and e-commerce
- Possession of data analytics skills or experience in performance metrics within the dynamic e-commerce market
- Proficient in English
- Enthusiastic, positive-minded, proactive, initiative, analytical, and a team player
- Demonstrated leadership and multitasking abilities
