theAsianparent is a reproductive health-tech company that reaches out to 32 million mothers every month through our parenting website and app. Our vision is to improve the overall health of pregnant women and families in South East Asia by helping them navigate their most important moments with data-driven solutions in the form of content, community and physical products.

**About the Role**

As a social media manager of theAsianparent, your primary role will be to manage the social media platforms of our Thailand market. Your tasks and responsibilities include the following:

- ** Develop Strategies to Drive Engagement and Increase Followers**
- Work with the head of content in developing a social media strategy and planning for multiple official accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Manage and implement all organic social engagement campaigns across theAsianparent social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube)
- Conduct detailed analysis of social engagement performance and make actionable recommendations for both short-term and long-term perspectives
- Measure the success of every social media campaign (Analysing data to determine whether Social media campaigns have achieved their objectives)
- Provide competitive insights and conduct social media listening on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- **Coordinate with Cross-Functional Departments on Delivering Quality Social Media Content**
- Work with the Creative Team to ensure content is informative, relevant, and engaging
- Coordinate with other cross-functional departments such as analytics, revenue, campaigns, web content, app community, and VIP influencer teams to align on overall market strategy, content calendar, and client campaigns
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of cross-functional projects/campaigns
- **Build and Nurture a Network of Industry Professionals and Influencers**
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Assist to run acquisition campaigns organically and through paid social media.
- Conduct live webinars on multiple social media platforms

**What are we looking for**
- 2-3 years of experience in social media or a similar field
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media best practices
- Highly skilled in online/social media communications
- Drive, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent time-management skills
- Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics
- Expert in using social media marketing tools (Hootsuite etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Good sense in copywriting and creative design
- Working with Influencer platforms in the past is an added advantage
