**Mondelez Internship Program**allows students the opportunity to work on meaningful, business-essential projects that will give them the hands-on experience they need to build a solid foundation for their future. The program targets undergraduate students between their junior and senior year, and acts as a preview for full-time employment and opportunities in our leadership development program upon graduation. As a **Manufacturing Intern**, you could potentially support the organization in several of the following ways:

- Identify, analyze, and implement new or improved technologies or processes.
- Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance and productivity.
- Participate on projects and the development of solutions related to safety, process improvement, quality, capacity balance, workflow, planning, and logistics.
- Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects.

**Taste The Future Southeast Asia Management Program**is an**accelerated 12-18 months career development program in Mondelēz International**. It is designed to give Management Trainees a cross-functional business exposure and hands-on experiential learning & development. Each rotation will challenge limits and potential, as the trainees dive into learning the secrets of our business with an assigned Buddy, while collaborating with a diverse regional team.

**Accountabilities in this role**:

- Ability to prioritize requests effectively and understand importance and meet deadlines.
