You are required to develop and implement marketing efforts to grow Givaudan business, according to overall business objectives and regional marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Manager Indo China.- Your role will include:- Engage with sales and technical teams, providing marketing supports (proactive and reactive) to strengthen Givaudan business (building the pipelines, maximizing win rate and increasing new win revenue)
- Engage customers’ briefs and create the solutions and presentations related to our capabilities / technologies, fit to customers’ needs
- Develop the marketing plan aligned with the business’s strategy
- Organize and arrange the promotional activities and all related marketing materials
- Ensure all marketing activities are consistent with Flavour Division Branding & Positioning
- Define local and long term strategic projects to feed innovation pipelines aligned with the country’s plans and in consultation with Country Managers or Local FNI lead
- Adapt the global and regional promotions, technologies, trends to maximize local relevance through partnering with local teams (Technical, Sales, CSI) to improve growth
- Initiate marketing programs to support innovations or customers’ NPD plan relevant to local market needs such as Trek, Market immersion, consumer research
- Analyze the market situation and gain knowledge of competitors’ activities to identify needs, growth opportunities and establish a competitive advantage for Givaudan business (Taste & FNI with targeted segments)
- Become the category expert (targeted segments) through the understanding of market dynamics, key trends, consumer insights, customers’ brands, new product launches and competitive landscape- You?- Want to work for a team that touches the lives of millions of consumers more than twenty times a day? It's your essence we're looking for.- Your professional profile includes:- University degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Marketing or related fields
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing or new product development or both from a food ingredient industry of flavour house
- Experience with marketing strategy and principles including commercialization of new products, and creative promotions including project management
- Experience using search engines, and able to extract valuable insights and information from AI systems
- Experience with PowerPoint presentations
