Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of events, including festivals, tastings, launch parties, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics, from venue selection to on-site setup and teardown.
Manage event budgets effectively, maximizing resources to deliver high-quality experiences within financial parameters.

**Brand Representation**:
Act as the face of our brand during events, embodying its values and personality to create a positive and lasting impression on attendees.
Ensure brand consistency in all event materials, signage, and promotions.

**Relationship Building**:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including breweries, distributors, venue owners, and event vendors.
Collaborate with partners to enhance co-marketing opportunities and create mutually beneficial relationships.

**Promotions and Marketing**:
Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase event attendance and brand awareness.
Leverage social media and other channels to create pre-event buzz and post-event engagement.

**Data Analysis**:
Collect and analyze data from events to measure their success and identify areas for improvement.
Use insights to refine future event strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.

**Compliance**:
Ensure all events adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines related to alcohol promotions and sales.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Motivated self-starter, able to work independently and follow process with mínimal supervision.
Understanding of the beer industry, including current trends and market dynamics.
Willingness to travel and work weekends or evenings as required.
