In Bangkok, with passion and practice you'll work together with your team to look for new ways to exceed our customers' expectations and deliver value beyond their dreams - and, as they grow, so will we. As an eScential Manager, you will managing briefs, evaluation and selecting successful fragrances for our clients, while working with our Sales teams.- This role would be based in Bangkok, Thailand, and you would report to the Fragrance Director of IndoChina.- Your role will include:- Manage fragrance collection for Thailand and some of our customers in IndoChina
- Manage multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines.
- Work with Regulation team to make sure the collections are passed category Fragrance NORM
- Work with lab on oil stock management to make sure oil available to support briefs
- Develop olfactory strategy for clients, market, category and guide Singapore Gallery
- Liaise with Singapore Regional creative centers during project assignments
- Contribute in olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development
- Write olfactory summaries of a Thai market and customer for knowledge-building and sharing.
- Conduct customer presentations/interactions i.e. olfactive training
- Demonstrate track records of new wins
- Project management, managing internal resources according to project priority
- Create and Set up action plans or time tables for each brief
- Investigate potentially promising olfactive routes with Sales team and share to regional development team
- Develop a good olfactive knowledge of marketing brands
- Feed marketing with olfactive judgement of strategic marketing products and be ready to give olfactive presentations to clients
- Feed the affiliates with the best themes created to keep them up to date with the collection and use local Creative

It's your essence we're looking for- Your professional profile includes:- A University Degree in any field of study with at least 2 years of direct industry experience
- Passion for perfume and olfaction including knowledge of fragrance products and important customers, broad knowledge of the market dynamics and olfactory trends
- Successful project management skills with a experience being able to handle several projects at a time whilst being able to learn quick, be proactive and work independently and provide support to the Sales team
