**Job Summary**: As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that support our business goals. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure that our procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts and terms.
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Analyze market trends and conduct cost analysis to drive savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews.
- Analyzing procurement data, conducting spend analysis, and preparing reports
- Monitoring industry trends and developments
- Forecasting to predict future demand for goods, services, and purchase requisitions
- Negotiating contracts with vendors to secure the best deals and terms
- Maintaining advantageous relationships with suppliers and managing disputes
- Monitoring supplier performance for optimal business operations performance
- Ensuring the timeliness and effectiveness of goods and services

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of [3 years] of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
