Fnol Claims Representative

1. Receive and primary investigate all A&H Claims Claim Document.
2. Contact customers related The request document is incomplete
3. Save the information for Bank transfer to Aegis.
4. Open Claim for complex and Added policy coverage document for adjuster to facilitate claim consideration.
5. Assign claim to related A&H adjuster
6. Issue explanation letter in appropriate wording if necessary
7. Provide information about the status of the claim to the customer if the customer inquires.
8. Manage the work of the document
