Customer Services Representative

1. Handle admin and paper works of Recovery unit i.e. generate auto recovery outstanding list by insurance company for billing (approx. 30 companies each month), generate billing and processing for payment activities / follow up cash receipt issued by Collections for recovery received from third parties, prepare supporting documents and obtain signature from Mgmt. for lawyer in case the recovery case needs to take further action. These roles are more admin works which will help reduce time consuming from the Recovery staff and increase their efficiency on the other hand.
2. Support FNOL claims admin i.e. sending SMS, follow up document from hospital network.
3. Support in registration of A&H claims during peak travelling seasons, twice periods each year, during March to May and October to December. (Currently, the FNOL team needs to have over time every seasons and we still nearly miss regulatory deadline (15 days) to complete claims management due to high back log in claims registration during high season.)
