YOUR ROLE

Operational oversight, direction and overall Customs management region/country: including, but not limited to: working with internal stakeholders on KPI development, process enhancements and quality net revenue.

Also, responsible for implementation and compliance with company policies and procedures, ISO standards, and all applicable regulatory guidelines and ensures country level adherence for respective programs (like AEO).

Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Oversee, lead, direct and manage the fiscal and overall operations regionally to ensure that growth and profitability goals and objectives are met
- Plan and implement appropriate resources within the region/country (training, equipment, and systems) to ensure contractual compliance and delivery of quality services that meet and exceed the customer’s expectations.
- Leading the management of expectations for executives and leaders, facilitates communication on business requirements and establishes critical performance metrics
- Take ownership on transversal transformation initiatives by identifying key strategic initiatives. Produce and Implement project tracker and ensure all milestones are adhered to
- Work directly with the regional Customs management team to establish regional and local goals within the parameters of the region operation’s business plan.
- Work collaboratively with BPE, customer service, regional operations, Digital and IT corporate administration to ensure efficient operations
- Develop continuous improvement methodology in key areas of service profit and growth
- Develop customer relationships and ensure that customer service and operational levels within the regionally and country operations are maintained
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, ISO standards and all applicable regulatory laws and guidelines
- Keep abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations
