**General Responsibilities**:

- Presenting the value of Rayzone Group’s technologies to prospective customers and providing solutions to address customer business requirements in the APAC region.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our intelligence-based solutions.
- Assiting in responses to RFPs and other documents as required for furthering sales opportunities’ development.
- Coordinating the solutions pitches with relevant teams: technical, customer success, sales and operations.
- Conduct research to understand consumer needs and identify how our solutions and services align with those requirements.
- Generate leads, establish, and nurture client relationships.
- Working closely with the Sales, customer success and other internal teams to meet our regional sales targets and support in a cohesive sales approach.
- Supporting the Customer Success Team to increase the up and cross-sells.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 3 years of experience in a customer-facing roles in a high-tech environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, economics, or related field - advantage.
- Familiar with technical solutions for, RFI, RFP, tenders, and quotation documents
- Experience in working with the governmental industry - advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Asia-Pacific region as required.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented
- Organized and self-starter who can identify, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks independently.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers at all levels.
- Eager and able to learn new technologies.
- Strong technical background and understanding of intelligence-based solutions - an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
- Native English level.
- Additional languages - advantage.
