- HR & Admin Assistant / Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- *Coordination between Thailand Branch Office and Headquarters**:

- Act as a liaison between the Thailand branch office and headquarters, providing regular updates on employee movements and general updates.
- Report on the status of Chinese employees' activities and developments to the headquarters.
- **Management of Chinese Executive Logistics**:

- Oversee the pick-up and drop-off logistics for Chinese executives.
- Provide support in hospitality services, including accommodation bookings and travel planning with relevant parties.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare cash advances for routine expenses and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Collect and organize all necessary documents for executive reimbursement.
- **Company Vehicle Schedule Management**:

- Efficiently manage the schedules of company vehicles for business travel, ensuring smooth transportation arrangements for executives.
- **Business Visa Facilitation**:

- Facilitate the process of obtaining business visas for Chinese employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in executive coordination or a similar role for 3 -5 years.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).

**Competencies**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
