Personal Assistant to CEOs

**Personal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Supports CEOs directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls, etc.
- Organizing meetings, preparing pre-meeting materials, including scheduling, sending reminders, minutes taking, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Prepares meeting rooms for management meetings, coordinates schedules, and liaise and keep good communication with all Executives and staffs.
- Performing follow-up actions/tasks in relation to the CEO domain.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the CEO.
- Handle and support ad-hoc assignments.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields.
- At least 4 years’ experience in supporting C-Level Executives.
- Good personality, service-minded, positive thinking, self-motivated and able to work well under high pressure and timeline constrained.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, Executive Committees, external partners, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data and information.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must.
