**What you’ll achieve**

**You will**:

- Develop and champion assortment vision and strategy, product roadmap and launches in support of corporate goals and objectives
- Use customer & market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage/segmentation and competitive analysis to inform assortment decisions and enhancements.
- Collaborates with cross-functional team to develop, plan and implement new business development initiatives
- Drive portfolio strategy and partner with pricing team to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Ensure revenue, units, margin (RUM) file of the country and ensure a healthy, sustainable business

**Essential Requirements**
- Ability to learn retail industry and product lines
- Basic verbal and written communication skills (English, Thai)
- Good attention to detail
- Basic analytical ability

**Desirable Requirements**
- Fresh graduates from Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics, or any related background
- Good knowledge with IT products, willing to travel
