Head of International Merchandising

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan sourcing and business strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
- Cost analysis: Evaluate cost sheet from oversea supplier. Provide creative contribution, suggestions of cost impacts and ways to reduce cost of garments to internal team.
- Communicate tech pack details, development comments, lab-dip, strike off and sample approval to the suppliers.
- Work with suppliers to follow up on development testing and fix any potential quality issues, coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure the quality of products.
- Analyst sales figures, new range of assortment, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan sourcing product.
- Collaborate with suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales.
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.

**คุณสมบัติ**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Textile or other related.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in sourcing & buying apparel.
- Strong skills in dealing with suppliers for development to production process, raw material selection, material planning, production ordering and cost calculation.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and efficient communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions.
- Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and punctual in meeting deadlines.
- Flexible, confident, and positive disposition with a good sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Good command in English both written and verbal. (Mandarin is a plus)
