Shopper Insight Assistant Manager

4+ years of proven experience in retailer database.
Fluent English.
Provide shopper, category, and competitor insights to support Category and Sales team in strategic plans and AOPs.
Monitor and track brand performance and evaluation of marketing mix - Pack Price and Promotion.
Work closely with revenue management team on forecasting of sales volume, spending by activity and by brand.
Leverage insight of customer database to seek business opportunity.
Support information on Business Review for key MT customers, Contract renewal for OP accounts and JBP meeting.
Manage quality and service of research agency including ensure administration effectiveness. Support other insights research as assigned.
Analyst category usage and purchase then identify opportunities to grow consumption and sales.
Analyst shopper behaviors and identifying the opportunity to create the change behavior at point of purchase.
Analyst the channel insight to identify the opportunity to grow in each retail environment.
Supporting the 5Ps strategy in each channel to invest and allocate the resources efficiently.
Range Reviewing process, to compare the sales performance of an SKU with the overall performance of the Category to see whether the SKU overperforms or underperforms to other products then turn into space management strategy (merchandising and planogram).
**Job Qualification**:
Bachelor s or master s degree in marketing, business, or statistics.
Over 2 years of proven experience in NielsenIQ, Retailer s Database i.e., Egg Digital, C Smart and Spaceman Program.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent communicator.
Fluent English.
Computer literature in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, NielsenIQ and Space Management Program.
