ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service is an importance linkage between internal team and external team that promote smooth operation and improve efficiency of total company- Lead and drive customer service department of Gro24/7- Manage the development and implementation of operational strategies for customer service management- Ensure proper notification/ escalation of service activities are followed to ensure smooth operation- Ensure smooth running of daily processes to meet service level agreement- Strategic planning and drive contact center process improvement
To Do Well In This Position, You Must Have
Education / Experience- Solid experience in customer service or related fields such as sales operation/COE or channel control/development
Personality Expectation- Driving License required- Able to travel and stay in field once in a while 30%- Excellent communications and inter-personal skills- Good service mind with the ability to handle customer's complaint and inquiry- Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills
