**Role**: Admissions Officer

**Reporting **to**: Director of Admissions/National Registrar Managers/ Registrar Team Lead

**Location**: Thailand

**Description**:
As a member of the Global Admissions team, the Admissions Officer is responsible for all aspects of student registrations for all ILSC Education Group & ELS Educational Services locations. This includes but is not limited to working directly with our external agency partners and students and collaborating with ELS and ILSC’s Sales, Accommodations, and Accounting team to ensure a positive and seamless experience for all new students enrolling with ILSC Education Group & ELS Educational Services.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Responding to inquiries within our response policy and/or redirecting inquiries to the appropriate representative within the
- Advising on our policies and procedures as it relates to student
- Maintaining accurate and complete student files and records, as required by the school’s accrediting body, including add/drop/cancellation logs.
- Providing student or their agent with invoices and all other registration-related
- Assisting and advising external agent partners and students regarding the student journey as it relates to the registration process, as program availability, entry requirements, and study
- Acting as a Sales champion in support of our external agency partners and Sales
- Collecting and processing payment before or on student Accurately identifying and documenting payments (credit card, wire transfer, cash or cheque) received.
- Assisting with preparing documents and information for arrival, orientation, and the first day of
- Creating and distributing reports from Odyssey to support the work of accommodations, academic or accounting teams, school directors, and other senior
- Working on various projects individually or with the team to enhance the registration
- Work together with the upper management to ensure all requests are processed in a 24- hour turnaround and the department's key performance indicators are
