**Job Overview/Summary**:
The Senior Manager, Curricula and Monitoring, is responsible for overseeing Cultural Orientation curricula development, revision, updates, and monitoring, across all RSC Asia locations, in coordination with the Cultural Orientation Coordinator. This position is also responsible for the development of related resource and training materials required to support the curricula. The Senior Manager, Curricula and Monitoring is responsible for ensuring RSC Asia Cultural Orientation curricula adheres to PRM policy and is up to date with program requirements. This position is based in Bangkok, with travel to other RSC Asia locations. The Senior Manager, Curricula and Monitoring works closely with Cultural Orientation teams in each RSC Asia location. This position collaborates closely with partners and may require occasional flexibility due to time zones. The Senior Manager, Curricula and Monitoring reports directly to the Cultural Orientation Coordinator in Bangkok, Thailand.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Cultural Orientation curricula revision and updates, ensuring the curricula stays up to date, accurate, and adheres to program policies, objectives and indicators;
- Develop and maintain a regular curricula revision and feedback mechanism in all RSC Asia locations;
- Ensure curricula is standardized across RSC Asia, while incorporating localized materials into lessons, as necessary;
- Conduct regular class observations to ensure class delivery adheres to curricula;
- Prepare and submit curricula monitoring reports to Cultural Orientation Coordinator on a regular basis;
- Facilitate both in-person and remote class, as required;
- Collaborate closely with RSC Asia Cultural Orientation management on curricula development and monitoring purposes;
- Recommend changes to curricula and training in response to data collected from monitoring activities;
- Oversee the development of class materials in collaboration with the Cultural Orientation Coordinator and RSC Asia Cultural Orientation teams;
- Contribute to the onboarding and training of Cultural Orientation staff;
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the overall U.S. Refugee Admissions Program, resettlement issues and policies related to Cultural Orientation;
- Maintain close contact with the Cultural Orientation Coordinator;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education**: University degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience;
**Work Experience**:

- Program management and/or staff supervisory experience;
- At least three (3) years of experience in a related field, which includes curriculum development and implementation
- Previous work experience in refugee resettlement processing is preferable.

**Demonstrated Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with colleagues, partners, and clients in a cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment;
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, work independently, detail-oriented, set priorities, effectively manage time and staff, and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), familiar with START preferred;
- Flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment;
- Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and regionally, including remote settings;
- Willingness and ability to take calls outside of regular working hours, as required.

**Language Skills**: Excellent spoken and written English

**Working Environment**: The position is located at the RSC office in Bangkok. While primarily operating in a standard office work environment, the position does require domestic travel to refugee camp locations and detention centers, as well as international travel
