Job Detail
- Process salary payments including variable pay (OT, Bonus and allowances), pay slip and submit payment reports

to management.
- Calculate and verify reimbursement of staff benefit, fuel subsidy and toll fee monthly.
- Administers and update employees’ data in HR system and employees’ profile
- Completes records, reporting, and other documentation required by the business, audits, government agency, etc.
- Mainly responsible in preparation and process VISA, work permit, and other immigration matters for expatriates.
- Arrange the bidding for group insurance and health insurance renewal.
- Prepare a training for enhancing the knowledge and skills of employee.
- Key in, check, control, and generate reports of staffs’ late, vacation, business, and sick leaves.
- Complete forms of monthly/yearly income tax reports, social security funds, provident funds, etc.
- Ensure mandatory training achieved 100%
- To work and follow up by Compliance, ISO14001 and Group story.
- Maintains company’s policies, compliance and regulations
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- At least 2-3 years' HR GA experience including HR administration
- Good command in English (TOEIC 600+)
- Strong attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills
