Responsible for monitoring existing customer portfolio, Work with Key account, store operation, and commercial to ensure sale / profit target is achieved.
Responsible for customer baskets analysis (retention portfolio) to identify lost items, fining causes, and work with store operation or commercial to ensure sale recovery.
Have to analyze customer portfolio to support Key account team with effective summary for further customer development.
Assist Key account team on account opening documents.
Administrative duties, processing and resolving complaints, and preparing reports.
To analyzing data and maintaining client accounts, Processing and recording data.
Coordinating with internal and external team members.
**Job Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
High competency in data analysis skills and computer skill (Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot, Power BI).
Ability to work on a fast-paced, deadline driven, cross-functional team.
Have good negotiation skills.
Can work under pressure.
