Job Scope

1. Retain existing customers and grow additional business.

2. Ensure Sales Support team to back up sales for operational issues.

3. Develop and Execute Business Development Plan on the assigned account.

5. Support key account customers by following up on customer inquiries and ensure their shipments are completely done.

6. Well understand and follow the SOP of each account and coordinate with respective parties.

7. Attend Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual meeting with the assigned account.

8. Summarize and analyze customer’s logistics trend then plans for logistics strategy with product team.

9. Monitoring support team to achieve team KPIs as assigned.

10. Build up team spirits and staff retention.

Job Qualifications

1.Bachelor Degree or higher in International Business, Logistics or related field.

2.Experience Minimum 10 years in related fields in Business Freight Forwarder

3.Experience Minimum 5 years in managerial level

4.Knowledge of freight forwarding services, including ocean (NVOCC) and air freight (import & export), consolidation, customs brokerage and related value added services

5.Good computer literacy including MS Office, MS teams etc

6.Proficient in English both verbal and written

7.Work at Romklao (Bangkok)
