**THE ROLE**
As a Business Development Manager for CPO and Retail segments at Kempower in Thailand, you will lead our business development efforts in the assigned country. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market and make a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.
In this role you will be,
- Guaranteeing the achievements of agreed targets in terms of sales volume and margin
- Recommending and defining pricing policies
- Ensuring the overall support and quality of the unit's offerings to customers in CPO and retail segments
- Maximizing the amount and quality of information available when executing the customer projects
- Attending sales handover meetings and providing information to support the project execution.
- Visiting, informing, and advising customers and/or third parties, and representing the company as a technical consultant - at all organizational levels about technical possibilities of products, systems, and services
- Promoting collaboration with channel partners
- Keeping corporate officers informed of results and key issues, generating reports, giving presentations as appropriate
- Ensuring the development of programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
- Setting up policies and processes in line with the agreed objectives, compliance requirements, and the Mission and values of the Group.
- Working closely and cooperating with internal stakeholders to reach the agreed targets
- Recommending the customer specific go to market approach
**This position is fully remote and located in Bangkok**. Also, some travelling is required.

**WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**
- Proven experience in similar role and understanding the segment dynamics
- Prior experience in EV DC charging or similar industries are remarkable merits
- MSc/MA Degree in e.g. electrical or electronic engineering is a plus
- Strong decision-making capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, proactive nature, and strong work ethic combined with superior time management skills
- A true team player mentality with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to understand customer needs and processes
- Experience in business development planning
As our official company language is English, proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Also, we expect fluency in Thai.
